- AVP - Finance Transformation - Pan India We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to spearhead finance transformation initiatives across India.
- The role focuses on leading Record to Report (RTR) and Record to Report (R2R) processes, driving finance transitions, and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and business transformation.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment of finance transformation with broader business objectives.
- Responsibilities Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive finance transitions, including system migrations, process redesign, and change management.




- Champion AI-driven transformation projects to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance transformation with broader business transformation goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on finance transformation roadmaps and performance metrics.
- Manage and mentor finance transformation teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 16-25 years of progressive experience in finance transformation, RTR/R2R, Record to Report, and business transformation.
- Proven expertise in finance transitions, AI transformation, and driving large-scale change initiatives.
- Robust knowledge of finance processes, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
