Job Description

- 7 10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Deals &; Pursuit Management, or complex solutioning roles.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML development lifecycle and the critical role of high-quality training data in model performance.
- Direct experience solutioning for AI Training Data, data annotation, data labeling, or related data-centric AI services.
- Ability to design comprehensive and compelling AI Training Data solutions based on client requirements, scale, quality, and delivery needs.
- Robust experience independently leading end-to-end solutioning for large-scale deals and complex RFPs.




- Experience gathering requirements, defining solution scope, developing delivery approaches, and creating solution narratives.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in bottoms-up costing, effort estimation, pricing, margin calculation, and financial value proposition development.
- Experience conducting competitive pricing analysis and developing commercially viable and competitive deal strategies.
- Ability to balance solution quality, scalability, delivery feasibility, risk, and profitability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, operations, finance, and technology teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and client-facing solutioning skills.
