Job Summary

Strong experience in Manual and Functional Testing with hands-on API Testing for web, mobile, and Windows/desktop applications. Design, write, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test plans, RTM, and test reports. Perform Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, and UAT testing. Hands-on REST and SOAP API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. Perform Android and iOS mobile application testing, including cross-platform and cross-browser validation. Validate Windows/Desktop application functionality and usability across supported environments. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent bug-tracking tools. Strong understanding of STLC, Bug Life Cycle, defect management, and QA best practices. Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams; use SQL for backend/database validation. Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, with additional knowledge of test automation concepts and automation frameworks.
