- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for health insurance products through field sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand product offerings to increase revenue growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions over the phone or in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, field sales, or related roles in the insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of health insurance products and services; knowledge of motor insurance is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations and face-to-face interactions with clients.
