- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants, focusing on communication, personality development, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
- Develop curriculum materials, such as presentations, handouts, and role-plays, to support training sessions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to participants during the training process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data from evaluations/surveys to inform future program improvements.
