We are actively hiring for a Senior Five9 Voice AI / SMS AI Provisioning & Configuration Engineer to join our team. If you have strong hands-on experience with Five9 Voice AI, SMS AI, and WFA provisioning/configuration

Key Requirements

- 8-12 years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with Five9 Voice AI provisioning and configuration.
- Strong expertise in SMS AI implementation, provisioning, and configuration.
- Experience with WFA (Workforce Automation)



provisioning and configuration in a Five9 environment.
- Good understanding of Contact Center technologies and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
- Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Five9 platform components.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver customer engagement solutions.
