Job Description:
- Provide software implementation support at client locations
- Handle application-level troubleshooting and service support
- Assist in requirement understanding and coordination with the development team
- Support database-related activities (queries, data validation, reports)
- Provide on-site and remote support as required
- Willingness to travel for client visits (local and outstation) for implementation and support activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL Queries
- Working experience in C# and ASP.NET
- Positive understanding of software requirements and business processes
- Ability to support software implementation and post-deployment services
- Basic understanding of APIs and database-driven applications will be an advantage
Education:
- B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
- Educational background should be from IT / Computer Science
