About the Role

As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll build and manage our network of real estate agents and channel partners. Your core mission: onboard agents to our platform and drive them to actively list and sell flats through us.

Key Responsibilities

- Agent Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard real estate agents, brokers, and agencies to the platform. Handle end-to-end documentation and KYC.

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded agents. Build robust relationships to ensure long-term engagement.

- Sales Enablement: Train agents on platform features, USPs, listing process, and lead management.



Push adoption and daily usage.

- Target Delivery: Own monthly targets for agent onboarding, active agents, listings generated, and flat sales closed via partners.

- Market Development: Map key localities in Navi Mumbai/MMR, identify top-performing agents, and expand territory coverage.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor agent activity, conversion rates, and sales pipeline. Share insights with leadership and recommend interventions.

- Collaboration: Work with marketing for agent outreach campaigns and with product team to relay on-ground feedback.
