Social Media Manager Novel Group | BANGALORE(On-site) | Full time
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead our social media function and team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the social media strategy and results for all Novel Group brands
- Lead, plan work for and review a team of social media associates, designers and video editors
- Manage influencer programmes, agencies and freelancers
- Set monthly calendars and targets, and approve all content before it goes live
- Report weekly on growth, engagement and social-driven sales to leadership
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5–8 years in brand social media, including 2+ years leading a team
- Proven record of growing brand accounts, with numbers to show
- FMCG, baby care or beauty experience preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mysuru
