Job Profile:
Primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for this post will be as follows:

1. Assisting the Senior architect in concept design, planning of projects, preparation of Municipal drawings, Interior layouts etc. (while adopting the formats and standards of the firm). Preparing various options for design of units as per client requirements.
2. Assisting the project architect in FSI calculations, financial and area feasibilities of projects.
3. Conducting site visits for measurements, slab checking and check veracity with submitted plans. Working drawings might also be required to be prepared.
4. Coordinating with various consultants involved in the project to ensure productive progress of the project and timely submissions.
5. Attending joint meetings with clients & consultants and update the necessary revisions in drawings/plans if necessary.
6. Assisting the Project architect in submissions, formatting and preparation of reports, plans, elevations and working drawings.
7. Ensuring that the plans, drawings, reports,



submission letters are checked by the principal before submission by the administrative staff for the project under your purview.
8. Assisting in preparation of Detailed project reports, Tender documents and presentations for Society meetings. You might also need to attend society meetings, presentations and taking part in Q&A; sessions.
9. Giving updates regarding projects, meetings, submissions and approvals for the project under your purview.
10. Good communication skills with strong time-management skills and adherence to project timelines is a must. It is an office practice to brief the principal with daily status update at the end of day.

Post adequate training under a senior architect (to the satisfaction of the principal architect), you are expected to handle projects individually. The same will then involve preparing, compiling and submitting reports as well as liaison with the regulatory authorities to ensure approval of the proposal.
