Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Asset Coordinator to manage IT assets, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate asset allocation, tracking, and recovery. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, coordination, and documentation skills, along with experience in IT asset management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
- Track asset allocation, movement, issuance, and return.
- Maintain accurate asset records, inventory registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT teams, employees, and vendors for asset-related activities.
- Handle asset tagging, stock verification, and periodic physical audits.
- Ensure timely allocation and recovery of IT assets during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor asset warranty, maintenance, and replacement details.




- Identify and report missing, damaged, or unreturned assets.
- Update asset management tools and maintain proper records of asset lifecycle activities.
- Prepare inventory reports and support asset reconciliation activities.
- Required Skills:

- 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management / Asset Coordination.
- Knowledge of IT hardware inventory and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience in asset tracking, inventory management, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and asset management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple asset-related activities efficiently.
- Work Details:

- 6 days working, 1 weekly off.
- Rotational shifts.
- Work location: Bhandup, Mumbai.
- Face-to-face interview (F2F).
