Role Overview

As an Associate Cluster Manager at Snabbit, you will manage daily execution across your assigned cluster or hoods. You will ensure smooth operations, strong field performance, and service quality while supporting the Cluster Manager in driving key operational outcomes. This role requires high ownership, agility, and strong on-ground problem-solving to help deliver Snabbit's 10-minute home services promise.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across assigned hoods to ensure smooth service execution and adherence to SOPs.
- Drive key metrics such as booking loss reduction, EOB closures, utilization, productivity, and on-time service delivery.
- Monitor performance dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and take quick, data-backed decisions to resolve issues.
- Manage service experts attendance, shift readiness, performance, and overall availability.
- Conduct daily team engagement,



briefings, and initiatives to retain, motivate, and improve field productivity.
- Track TAT, service quality, and customer feedback; identify gaps and support continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with central ops, training, supply, and city teams; provide structured daily/weekly performance reports to the RCLM.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, field workforce management, or startup environments
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and dashboards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
