Job Summary

Abrari Gadjet Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Manager Audio Visual Solutions with 3-5 years of relevant experience in AV Sales. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, solution selling, and achieving sales targets for Audio Visual products and solutions.

Role & responsibilities

* Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the Audio Visual (AV) segment.

* Handle B2B sales and develop relationships with corporate customers, consultants, system integrators, dealers, and channel partners.

* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable AV products and solutions.

* Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

* Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up until order closure.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Maintain and update the sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports/MIS.

* Identify upcoming AV projects and generate new business opportunities.

* Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, procurement,



and operations teams for project execution.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.

* Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.

* Keep updated with the latest AV technologies, products, brands, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

* AV Sales experience is mandatory.

* 3-5 years of experience in Audio Visual / AV Solutions Sales.

* Good knowledge of Video Conferencing Solutions, Displays, Projectors, Cameras, Microphones, Speakers, Interactive Panels, Digital Signage, Conference Room Solutions, etc.

* Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

* Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing abilities.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
