About the CompanyAriya Decor Private Limited is a manufacturing company specializing in Wooden, Textile and Melamine products. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller Team Leader to manage our telecalling team, generate business leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the telecalling team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, retailers, distributors, and business clients.
- Generate qualified leads for the company's Wooden, Textile and Melamine products.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and business opportunities to customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Train new telecallers on calling techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Review call quality and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly telecalling and sales performance reports.
- Track lead conversion and identify opportunities for improving team performance.




- Ensure the team follows company policies and professional communication standards.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Valuable customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Ability to prepare and maintain sales/calling reports.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Wooden, Textile, Melamine or Home Décor products will be an advantage.

Qualification & ExperienceEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, lead generation, or team handling.

Candidates with previous experience as a Telecaller Team Leader / Telesales Team Leader will be preferred.
