*Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle the finalisation of accounts, including preparation of the Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, schedules and supporting workings.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and supervise voucher entries in Tally/ERP.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and ensure correct classification of income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
- Pass year-end provisions, depreciation, prepaid expense, accrual and adjustment entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances, including returns and reconciliations.
- Manage bank, vendor, customer, intercompany and statutory ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, advances and outstanding balances.
- Verify purchase, sales, expense, payment, receipt and journal vouchers with supporting documents.
- Maintain fixed-asset registers, loan schedules and balance-sheet schedules.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, consultants and government departments.
- Provide complete data and supporting schedules for statutory and tax audits.





* Banking and Loan Assistance

- Assist management in preparing and submitting proposals for term loans, working-capital limits, renewals and enhancements.
- Prepare and compile financial statements, CMA data, projected balance sheets, cash-flow statements and supporting loan documents.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, valuers, legal consultants and credit-rating agencies.

*Required Skills

- Strong experience in independent finalisation of accounts.
- Practical knowledge of banking documentation, working-capital finance and term loans.
- Ability to prepare CMA data, financial projections and cash-flow statements.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid analytical, reconciliation and documentation skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
- Experience in multi-company accounting and coordination with banks will be preferred.
