Job Summary: Money Matters is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with proven experience in achieving sales targets and handling a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure consistent productivity.
- Assign leads and work responsibilities to team members.
- Guide team members in customer handling, sales pitching, and follow-ups.
- Track sales performance, conversions, and team targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and performance guidance.
- Assist team members in handling customer queries and difficult cases.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Train and support team members to improve their sales and communication skills.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and professional standards.

Requirements

- Only experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Senior Sales Executive preferred.
- Experience in telesales, insurance, financial services, or a similar sales process will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and pressure effectively.
- Good knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer handling.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
