Job Description:

We are looking for a senior sales executive to manage and guide the sales/export operations team. The candidate will be responsible for team coordination, customer follow-ups, monitoring daily work, supporting business targets, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, logistics and documentation teams.
- Maintain customer communication and follow-up records.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Train and guide team members as required.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Team Leader / Sales / Export / Customer Coordination.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Valuable follow-up, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, responsible and target-oriented.
