Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our apparel retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, sizes, colours, prices, offers, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support customers with product selection, trials, and exchanges as per company policy.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of garments.
- Ensure products are arranged according to size, category, colour, and design.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team when required.
- Assist in receiving, tagging, folding, arranging, and replenishing stock.




- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the sales floor.
- Support billing and cash counter activities when required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of recent arrivals, promotions, and ongoing offers.
- Support daily store opening and closing activities.
- Follow company policies, attendance rules, grooming standards, and customer-service procedures.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of apparel/fashion products is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of English/Kannada/Hindi is preferred.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
