Your key responsibilities

- We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial investment banking professional to join our Consumer Investment Banking team. The role offers exposure to end-to-end execution of mergers acquisitions, private equity fund raises and strategic transactions. The candidate will work closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors on high-impact transactions across the consumer ecosystem. Required Skills Competencies - Strong understanding of MA and Private Equity transaction processes.



- Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities. - Experience in preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks. - Exposure to execution and closure of live transactions. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. - High degree of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
