CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery :

EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives,



and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Project Delivery Lead day-to-day execution of consulting assignments in CSR and social impact.
- Manage workstreams across CSR strategy development, portfolio reviews, programme design, governance reviews, impact assessments and due diligence engagements.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder consultations and secondary analysis.
- Develop frameworks, strategic recommendations, implementation roadmaps and monitoring mechanisms.
- Support design and facilitation of leadership workshops, focus group discussions and stakeholder consultations.
- Review and synthesize large volumes of information into clear and actionable insights.
- Client Management: Coordinate directly with client teams and implementation partners.
- Prepare meeting agendas, discussion materials and presentations.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.




- Build and maintain robust client relationships throughout project execution.
- Team Management: Guide and mentor analysts on research, analysis and deliverable development.
- Review outputs produced by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Support project planning, timeline management and quality assurance.
- Business Development
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to proposal development, opportunity pursuits and market research.
- Develop case studies, credentials and knowledge products.
- Track developments in CSR regulations, ESG, social impact and sustainability trends.
- Contribute to practice initiatives, thought leadership and sector research.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

- Masters degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Rural Management, Sustainability, MBA or related fields

Experience

- 3-4 years of experience in CSR consulting, development consulting, social impact, sustainability advisory or programme management
