JD:

- Develop Python-based automation for database administration tasks, including cluster expansions, health checks, compliance validation, and self-healing
- Build full-stack applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices
- Leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies to develop intelligent operational assistants and workflow automation solutions
- Design and develop integrations with databases, cloud services, ticketing platforms, monitoring systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DBAs, SREs, and platform engineers to identify and eliminate repetitive operational activities through automation
- Create dashboards, self-service portals, and reporting solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency
- Maintain coding standards, security controls, testing practices, and technical documentation

Requirements

- 3+ years of software development experience




- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
- Experience with JavaScript and React/ReactJS
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrations
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM frameworks
- Solid problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset
- Database experience with platforms such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase, Yugabyte, or similar databases is preferred
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is preferred
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps practices is preferred
