Project Trainee Job Description

Role: Project Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project management activities from project initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with customers, primarily Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M;), for project-related requirements and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and plant teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Support project tracking, documentation, timelines and regular status updates.
- Visit Sanaswadi plant, M&M; Chakan and Nashik locations as and when required for project-related activities.
- Support customer meetings, trials, development activities and other project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics or related field.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer and plant locations as required.
- Knowledge of plastics / injection moulding will be preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant trainee/project experience can be considered.
