Role & responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day factory operations, safety, security, and facility activities.

* Ensure compliance with *fire safety, industrial safety, and statutory requirements*.

* Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency preparedness programs.

* Supervise security, access control, emergency response, and safety procedures.

* Coordinate with HR, maintenance, production, vendors, and external authorities.

* Monitor fire-fighting equipment and overall workplace safety.

* Handle incident reporting, risk assessment, and corrective actions.

* Lead and guide factory staff to maintain a secure and disciplined work environment.

Requirements

* *10+ years of experience* in Fire & Safety / Factory Operations.

* Experience as a *Senior Fire Officer / Fire Officer* preferred.

* Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency management, and industrial safety.

* Good leadership and team-management skills.

* Retired Fire Service Officers with relevant industrial experience may be considered.
