- Primary business / functional contribution: -Own client relationships and act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts. Drive account retention, headcount growth and revenue expansion. Understand client manpower requirements and convert them into actionable recruitment and delivery plans. Coordinate with internal functions to ensure seamless staffing service delivery.

- Operational scope: - Manage manpower requirements, recruitment progress, joining, deployment and replacement activities.

Monitor service delivery, attendance, payroll, billing and compliance-related coordination. Track open positions, closures, pending requirements and client commitments.

- People / leadership scope-: Coordinate internal deliver team, operations teams and functional SPOCs assigned to client accounts.



Establish transparent priorities and timelines for delivery teams. Support team performance through regular reviews and escalation management.

- Key customer / stakeholder impact: - Maintain strong relationships with HR, TA, Finance, Operations and client stakeholders. Ensure timely response and resolution of client concerns. Improve client experience and increase client confidence in the organization's MPO services.

- Governance, risk and compliance accountability: - Ensure client commitments are delivered in line with agreed commercial and contractual terms. Coordinate with Compliance, Payroll, Finance and Legal teams to address risks and statutory or contractual requirements.
