Role Summary

We are looking for a Flea Market Manager to manage vendor sourcing, event execution, and revenue growth across NoBrokerHood societies.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, onboard, and manage vendors (food, crafts, lifestyle products, etc.).
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive event profitability.
- Coordinate with society committees to secure permissions and finalize events.
- Manage on-ground operations, vendor setup, and event execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and accounts teams.
- Drive footfall through marketing and community engagement.
- Track event revenue, expenses, and margins.

Requirements

- Robust negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in event management, sales, or community engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
