Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural designs, concept plans, master plans, and detailed drawings for healthcare facilities.
- Develop layouts for hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, OPDs, emergency units, ICUs, and other healthcare spaces.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH guidelines, National Building Code (NBC), fire safety norms, and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, biomedical teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and architectural assessments.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings, and technical specifications.
- Review and approve architectural material submissions and vendor proposals.
- Monitor project execution and ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical solutions for site-related issues.
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available space while maintaining patient comfort, workflow efficiency, and safety standards.
- Support renovation, expansion, and modernization projects of healthcare facilities.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.
- Additional certification in Healthcare Planning or Hospital Design will be an added advantage.

Experience:





- 3+ years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management.
- Experience in hospital, diagnostic centre, pathology laboratory, medical college, or healthcare infrastructure projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility planning and building regulations.
- Knowledge of hospital workflow planning and healthcare architecture standards.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction management.
