CTC: 26,000 - 40,000 per month
Shift: Monthly Rotational (Day/Night)
Qualification: Any Graduate

The role involves assisting overseas customers through voice or digital communication channels while ensuring a seamless and qualified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with global customers through voice calls, email, or chat, depending on the assigned process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt, accurate, and appropriate assistance.
- Address customer queries professionally while maintaining a positive service experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
