The position is with Financial Services and they are looking for Lead VP - Sales - Debt Capital Markets

Location Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the Sales team

- Assist the SVP in handling the complex financial arrangements/transactions and markets pricing decisions.
- Work closely with the Origination teams and Investors to develop proactive solution in client delivery.
- Interact with the various overseas teams of company's DCM and give a solution in either domestic or global markets.
- Ensure placement of deals and effective handling of the documentation is done.
- Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the team
- Ensure strict adherence of the Trading Policy and Procedures
- Formulate the Policy and Procedures where required to ensure that Risk is kept at the minimal
- Develop and mentor a Sales Team in DCM
