Detailed Job Description

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees while providing guidance on HR and business-related issues
- Drive retention and engagement through regular discussions, town halls,pulse checks, manager huddles, and virtual engagement initiatives
- Support frontline manager enablement and career management by socializing manager programs,



enabling career conversations, tracking progress,and supporting corrective or remedial actions
- Execute employee life-cycle processes such as merit increase, incentive administration, allowances, and YER grievance support
- Partner with HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll to deliver robust HR support for supported groups
- Manage employee queries and issues related to BAU processes, special initiatives, projects, and life-cycle events through thorough and objective resolution
