Job Description:

Krish Soft Technologies is an IT training and career support organization offering online training programs in Data Science, AI/ML, and other IT technologies. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT Education Counsellor / Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and IT professionals.

* Explain IT training programs, course details, fees, and batch schedules.

* Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable courses.

* Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Handle inquiries and resolve basic course-related questions.

* Maintain lead records and follow-up status.

* Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.

* Coordinate with trainers and internal teams when required.

Requirements:





* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Robust counseling, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets

* Ability to work toward sales and enrollment targets.

* Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, education counseling, or IT training sales is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Experience: 0-3 years
