PRODUCTION MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assists in creating and managing production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

2. Helps track and manage production budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

3. Co-ordinates logistics for cast and crew, including transportation, housing, and equipment.

4. May assist in hiring, supervising, and training production staff.

5. Monitors production quality, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.

6. Facilitates communication between departments and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed.

7. Ensures adherence to legal, safety, and company policies.

8. Identifies and resolves production issues, suggesting improvements.

9. Maintains production records, including budgets, schedules, and reports.

10. Manages and optimizes the use of production resources,



including equipment and personnel.
