Experience

- 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, Production Engineering, Application Support, or Platform Operations
- Experience supporting large-scale, highly available, customer-facing applications

Application Support & Troubleshooting

- Java, .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices
- Performance tuning, latency analysis, memory leaks, thread contention
- Authentication and service-to-service communication troubleshooting

Cloud & Platform Technologies

- Google Cloud Platform (Preferred), Azure, AWS, PCF
- Cloud networking, security, disaster recovery, hosting, and reliability

Containers & Kubernetes

- Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Service Mesh,



Ingress Controllers, Service Discovery
- Container troubleshooting, scaling strategies, pod lifecycle management

Observability & Monitoring

- Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, Grafana
- ThousandEyes, ITRS Geneos, MoogSoft
- Log Analytics, Distributed Tracing, Metrics, Synthetic Monitoring, Alerting

Databases & Messaging

- MongoDB, PostgreSQL
