Detailed Job Description

- Interact with customers before they leave the dealership and ensure their expectations are met.
- Capture customer feedback and identify improvement areas.
- Address customer concerns or coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, NPS and complaint resolution.
- Support the dealership team in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Encourage repeat visits and strengthen customer relationships.




- Share customer feedback and insights with management.
