Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily mechanical and electrical utility operations.
- Monitor and maintain compressors, chillers, HVAC, pumps, DG, transformers, panels, UPS, and other utility equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues and reduce downtime.
- Monitor equipment parameters such as pressure, temperature, voltage, current, and vibration.
- Ensure proper LOTO, PTW, PPE, JSA, and safety procedures are followed.
- Manage technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and shift handover reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Safety, Maintenance teams, OEMs, and contractors.
- Maintain 5S standards in utility and maintenance areas.
- Manage critical maintenance spares and raise requirements when needed.
- Participate in RCA for repeated equipment breakdowns.
- Support shutdown activities and ensure maintenance is completed safely and on time.
