* Build and manage client relationships

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a solid pipeline

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development

* Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills

* Target-oriented mindset

* Knowledge of Bangalore real estate is an advantage

* Leadership and team-handling potential
