Krown Kumarappa Industries Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Finance, Banking and Share Market divisions and is looking for 4 skilled and career-focused Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

We are looking for candidates who have an interest or prior exposure to the Share Market, Trading, Demat Accounts, Commodities, Banking Products and Financial Services.

Candidates with previous experience in the finance, banking, stock market, insurance, NBFC or related industries will have an advantage.

POSITION

Business Development Executive Finance & Share Market Division

Vacancies: 4 Positions
Location: Madurai

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates should preferably have:

- Basic knowledge of the Indian Share Market
- Understanding of Equity / Trading concepts
- Basic knowledge of Demat and Trading Accounts
- Awareness of Commodities and financial markets
- Knowledge of banking and financial products
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to make professional cold calls and generate leads
- Ability to identify prospects and convert them into customers
- Sales and Business Development mindset
- Willingness to work with daily and monthly performance objectives

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are encouraged to apply:

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development

- Develop recent customer relationships for the company's Finance and Share Market divisions.
- Identify potential customers through telecalling, referrals, networking and business-development activities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the company's overall growth.

2. Customer Acquisition

- Conduct professional cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Explain relevant financial products and services to prospective customers.




- Schedule customer meetings and consultations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the sales process is completed.
- Build long-term customer relationships.

3. Share Market & Demat Business

- Generate leads for Demat and Trading Account opening.
- Educate prospective customers on basic account-opening processes.
- Generate business opportunities related to investment and market-linked products offered by the company.
- Maintain proper customer and lead records.

4. Banking & Financial Products

Employees may be involved in business development for applicable company products and services, including:

- Banking-related products
- Financial services
- Investment-related products
- Demat services
- Share Market services
- Commodities
- Insurance and allied financial products
- Other products introduced by the company from time to time

5. Daily Business Development

Employees will be assigned daily activity and performance objectives according to their role.

Daily activities may include:

- Customer calls
