About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and motivated BIM Modellers to join our BIM MEP Team at our Global Delivery Centre.

The team consists of experienced BIM Modellers and MEP Engineers working on international projects for leading MEP design consulting firms across the UK, USA, Australia and UAE.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed 3D BIM models and supporting project coordination and documentation for various international projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in accordance with project requirements and standards.
2. Understand and implement relevant MEP standards and building codes.
3. Interpret and understand various MEP drawings, plans and sections.
4. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and project documentation.
5.



Conduct clash detection and coordination using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between different building services.
6. Assist in project documentation and reporting.
7. Coordinate with team members and other disciplines to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
8. Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, technologies and industry practices.

Position-Specific Requirements:

BIM Modeller Electrical

- Experience in electrical BIM modelling/drafting.
- Understanding of electrical services and MEP coordination.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be preferred.

BIM Modeller MEP

- Experience in MEP BIM modelling and coordination.
- Understanding of MEP services and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be preferred.

BIM Modeller Plumbing & Firefighting

- Experience in plumbing and firefighting BIM modelling/drafting.
- Understanding of plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be preferred.
