We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to perform high-quality
welding and fabrication work as per engineering drawings,
specifications and quality standards. The candidate should have
good knowledge of TIG welding processes and be able to produce
clean, accurate and defect-free welds.

water treatment, oil & gas companies engaged in business such
products.
Relevant Industry
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other specified materials.
Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols and work
instructions.
Set up and operate TIG welding machines and related equipment.
Select appropriate welding parameters, tungsten electrodes, filler rods, shielding
gas and welding techniques.
Ensure proper joint preparation, fit-up, alignment and welding sequence.
Inspect welds visually for defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut and lack of
fusion.
Maintain required weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
Carry out grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components where required.
Follow production schedules and complete jobs within the specified time.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in good condition.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with supervisors and other production team members to resolve
welding-related issues.
