Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, ledgers, trial balance, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory accounting compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other applicable statutory returns.
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, GST, and ledger accounts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with concerned teams.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, purchase bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Support year-end closing, audit activities, and preparation of financial reports.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 36 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
