Job Description

- Design, develop, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions that help customers improve their customer experiences.
- Work with a team of engineers to Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively
- Works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
- Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code
- Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
- Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.




- Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team
- Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, and automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
