HIRING PLANNING & PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Procurement Engineer [ hvac] to join our team.
Location: bengalore
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3to 4 Years – Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Manage material procurement as per project schedule and company standards
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely material delivery
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and maintain target cost timelines
• Handle DC, MIR, GRN, WIR and related documentation
• Coordinate company billing and vendor bill certification
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor/contractor network
• Manage project reconciliation and financial closure activities
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Procurement Manager




• Ensure timely PO/WO placement and project deliverables
Required Skills
• Strong analytical & negotiation skills
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Positive documentation and planning skills
• Knowledge of HVAC projects and materials
• Understanding of HVAC costing, drawings, commercials & taxation
• Knowledge of suppliers, schedule software and METs
