? Job DescriptionWe are hiring Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive for our Onboarding Department. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, assisting customers with the onboarding process, updating customer information and maintaining proper follow-up records.

- ? Salary & Benefits1st Month: ₹5,000 Stipend
- From 2nd Month: ₹15,600 CTC + Performance Incentives

? Shift TimingsAvailable shifts:

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM




- ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers
- Assist customers with the onboarding process
- Explain products/services to customers
- Update customer details and records
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up data
- Achieve daily calling targets
- Maintain proper call remarks and customer information
- Handle basic customer queries professionally
