Job Summary- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our educational institute’s call center in Chandan Nagar Pune.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum one year of experience as a Telecaller Sales from Training Institute is preferred. Freshers are also welcome.
- Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred.

Job Role / Responsibility :

- The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses and admission details.
- Assisting students and parents with queries providing course information and converting leads into enrollments. Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions.
- Engaging with potential students and encouraging them to enroll in courses.
- Following up on leads and ensuring timely response to inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating CRM software.
- A supportive and energetic work environment.
- Performance-based incentives.
