Event Management | Stall Management | Exhibition Sales

This role is ideal for students, freshers, and aspiring sales professionals who want to develop practical sales, business, and networking skills while working at exhibitions and events across Pune.

Work Schedule

- Part-time role for approximately 6–8 days per month
- Primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Flexible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales

Key Responsibilities

Stall Setup & Presentation

- Arrive on time and set up the exhibition stall before the event begins.
- Ensure products, branding materials, displays, and signage are properly arranged.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and attractive stall presentation throughout the event.

Customer Engagement

- Welcome and interact with visitors in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Explain products, services, and brand offerings clearly and confidently.
- Answer customer queries and provide product demonstrations when required.

Sales & Billing

- Assist customers with purchase decisions and close sales effectively.
- Process payments and ensure products are packed securely.




- Accurately record all sales transactions for reporting and inventory tracking.

Stall Operations

- Keep the stall organized, clean, and clutter-free during the exhibition.
- Monitor product displays and replenish stock as needed.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Assist with packing and loading inventory 1–2 days before the event.
- Support unloading, unpacking, and stock organization after the event.
- Help maintain accurate stock counts and inventory records.

Event Closing Responsibilities

- Pack products, displays, and promotional materials at the end of each event.
- Ensure all items are safely stored and ready for transport.

Travel Requirements

- Exhibitions are typically held between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Travel to various exhibition venues across Pune will be required.
- Candidates with their own bike or scooter will have an added advantage.
