About the RoleWe are looking for Field Executives to join our Driver Onboarding team in Mumbai.

The role involves travelling across Mumbai, meeting drivers and explaining the perks of joining the AllMiles platform.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit different locations across Mumbai and meet drivers.
- Explain AllMiles services and encourage drivers to join the platform.
- Complete driver and vehicle onboarding.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Assist drivers with the onboarding process and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain proper records of onboarded drivers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly onboarding targets.

Requirements

- 10th Pass or above.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi are essential.
- Marathi and basic English will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and travelling across Mumbai.
- Should be confident, energetic and comfortable interacting with drivers.
- Basic smartphone knowledge is required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
