- Supervise and manage the daily packing activities.
- Ensure tractor spare parts are packed properly and securely as per company standards.
- Check product quantity, part numbers, labels, and packaging before dispatch.
- Manage and guide packing staff and allocate daily work.
- Maintain proper packing materials and inventory.
- Ensure timely completion of packing and dispatch orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the packing area.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and dispatch teams.
- Identify and report packing errors, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain basic records of packing and dispatch activities.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in packing supervision, preferably in an automobile/tractor spare parts or manufacturing company.
- Positive knowledge of packing and dispatch processes.
- Ability to manage a team and handle work pressure.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
