About the role

People across Odisha are looking to install rooftop solar to cut their electricity bills. You will call these customers, understand what they need, answer their questions in straightforward Odia, and guide them to the next step, such as a site survey, a quotation or a booking.

What you will do

- Call customers who have shown interest in solar (homes, shops, clinics, small businesses)
- Understand their needs: monthly electricity bill, roof type and space, ownership, budget, timeline
- Explain solar in simple language: how much they can save, how the system works, installation time, and the subsidy and net metering process
- Handle common doubts such as "Is it too costly?", "What if there's a power cut?", "Is the subsidy real?", "Who will maintain it?"
- Motivate the customer to take action: book a free site survey, accept a quotation call, or visit a vendor
- Follow up by phone and WhatsApp until they decide
- Record every call and the customer's status in the CRM the same day
- Meet daily targets for calls, qualified leads and site visits booked

Who we are looking for

- Fluent Odia is a must. Basic Hindi and English are a plus.
- Clear, friendly, patient voice, and a habit of listening before speaking




- 12th pass or graduate. Freshers with good communication are welcome.
- Comfortable with smartphone, WhatsApp and basic computer use
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, insurance, loan or home-improvement sales is a plus
- Interest in solar or clean energy is a plus (we will train you on the product)
