Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support at customer locations. Freshers with a technical diploma and a willingness to travel for field service work can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, and maintenance.

Inspect products/equipment and identify technical issues.

Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements as required.

Explain basic product usage and maintenance procedures to customers.

Maintain service records and report completed work.

Coordinate with the service team regarding technical issues and spare parts.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Follow safety procedures while performing field service activities.





Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely service.

Complete assigned service calls within the required timelines.

Requirements:

Diploma qualification required.

Basic English communication skills.

Freshers can apply.

Must have a two-wheeler vehicle.

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.

Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Experience in Consumer Goods & Retail is preferred.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
