KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Welcome and greet guests professionally

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures

• Manage reservations, room assignments and guest requests

• Handle telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries

• Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Restaurant and other hotel departments

• Handle billing, payments and basic cash transactions

• Resolve guest concerns politely and efficiently

• Maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office environment

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude

• Well-groomed and professionally presentable

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Knowledge of hotel PMS/HMS will be an advantage

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Hospitality experience preferred, but freshers with the right attitude may also apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain security and safety of the hotel premises
- Monitor guest and staff entry/exit as required
- Maintain vigilance around entrances, parking and other assigned areas
- Monitor and report unusual or suspicious activities
- Assist with visitor management
- Maintain security registers and records
- Conduct regular rounds of assigned areas
- Support hotel management during emergencies
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments when required
- Follow hotel security procedures and instructions
- Assist guests courteously while maintaining security protocols

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for assigned duties
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
