Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years – Experienced Candidates Only

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentive: Up to ₹50,000 based on performance

About the RoleA3M Construction and Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow the company's digital presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth through effective online marketing strategies.

- Key Responsibilities / KRADevelop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate and construction projects.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve lead conversion through digital campaigns.
- Manage social media pages and create engaging content.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, keyword rankings and online visibility.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize CPL, CTR, conversion rate and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and advertising dashboards.
- Develop innovative campaigns for project launches, promotions and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and external agencies whenever required.




- KPI – Key Performance IndicatorsNumber of qualified leads generated.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate.
- Site-visit-to-booking conversion support.
- Campaign ROI / ROAS.
- Website traffic and organic growth.
- Social media reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads performance.
- Monthly achievement of lead-generation targets.
- Timely submission of campaign and performance reports.
- Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience.
- Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience in real estate/construction digital marketing will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Result-oriented approach with strong campaign management skills.

Compensation & IncentivesSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹50,000/month, based on achievement of defined targets and company incentive policy.
